What You'll Do: - You will engage with potential and existing customers to explain insurance products and services clearly and persuasively. - You will identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage options to meet those needs. - You will manage the sales process from initial contact through policy issuance and follow-up. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - You will collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience. - You will stay informed about industry trends, company products, and competitive offerings. - You will provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. - You will utilize your bilingual skills to assist a diverse customer base effectively. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services. - Proficiency in English and at least one additional language (Spanish preferred). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience working in a bilingual sales role. - Knowledge of insurance products and regulations. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. - Customer service certification or training.
