What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services. - Fluency in English and at least one additional language (Spanish preferred). - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications. - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience working in a bilingual sales role. - Knowledge of insurance products and regulations. - Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals. - Customer service certification or related training.
