Position Summary We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Senior Manager of Recruiting to lead our talent acquisition efforts across the firm. This role is responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies that attract top-tier accounting professionals, enhance employer branding, and support the firm’s growth objectives. The ideal candidate will bring deep recruiting expertise, strong leadership skills, professionalism, and experience in delivering exceptional recruiting support to our hiring managers and shareholders. Compensation & Benefits At Geffen Mesher, we value transparency and equity in compensation. The compensation offered for this position will be based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to: years of relevant experience, unique or specialized skill sets, education, licensure, internal equity, and location. The estimated salary range for this position is $115,000 - $130,000 a year. We cover 100% of the individual medical premium!!! • Five weeks of PTO per year, plus 12 Paid Holidays, 8 hours of Volunteer Time and Paid Parental Leave • Hybrid work options • Flexible working hours in the summer, Fridays are optional! • Incentive plan for sales leads • Generous Employee Referral Program Requirements: Strategic Leadership • Design and implement recruiting strategies aligned with the firm’s business goals. • Partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning. Recruitment Operations • Oversee full-cycle recruiting for experienced hires and be a backup to support early-career programs, such as campus recruiting, and internships. • Utilize?proactive sourcing strategies, including advanced LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed techniques, to build strong candidate pipelines. • Optimize recruiting processes and systems for efficiency and scalability. • Manage vendor relationships, including job boards, search firms, and technology platforms. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience • Enhance the firm’s employer brand through targeted campaigns and outreach. • Ensure a positive and consistent candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the hiring process. • Become a key point of contact and partner to people in college and university accounting and placement organizations. Metrics & Reporting • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. • Present regular reports to leadership on hiring trends, pipeline health, and strategic initiatives. What makes you a fit • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). • 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Experience in public accounting or professional services strongly preferred. • Proven success in recruiting hard to fill roles. • Demonstrated experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools. • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
