Receptionist Job Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for all guests, providing a warm, professional, and customer-focused experience reflective of the Hyundai of Kirkland brand. Answer and efficiently direct all incoming calls to the appropriate departments or team members, ensuring timely and accurate communication. Greet and assist showroom visitors, service customers, and vendors with courtesy and professionalism. Support customers with appointment scheduling, service updates, and general inquiries to ensure a smooth and positive dealership experience. Accurately process customer payments and transactions, including cash, credit, and service invoices, following dealership policies. Assist with clerical and administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and mail distribution. Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive customer or business information. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on exceptional customer satisfaction. Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday (11AM to 7PM) Receptionist Benefits and Compensation Pay is starting at $20.00 to $23.00 per hour based on experience.
