We are seeking a well-connected sales general manager who will be responsible for generating new business, increasing sales, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships and price negotiation for our automated functional safety devices. This individual, along with management, will develop strategies and plans to achieve sales goals and increase market share along-side driven account managers who thrive from consistent leadership and goals. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to prepare and present sales presentations, product understanding, monitor market trends and conditions, competitive products and pricing, as well as sales activities of competitors. Experience with automated door and tailgate function parts strongly preferred. You will work with functional groups to get quotes, project timelines, and accurate monthly sales reporting, forecasting, and budgeting. This position reports to the President.
