Position: Restaurant Recruiter Job Description: We’re looking for a motivated, friendly self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit. Responsibilities include identifying recruiting needs, posting job ads, interviewing candidates, verifying references, and collaborating with managers. Strong internet search skills, excellent communication, and adherence to protocol are essential. The IDEAL candidate will live in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex The IDEAL candidate is someone who has: • 3+ years of management or culinary recruiting experience. • A high level of technology skills and is not afraid of learning new technology. • Experience being on their computer / phone and conducting interviews 6-8 hours per day. • Excellent written and verbal communication. This person must desire to mentor management applicants and impact lives daily. Don Hutcheson Gecko Hospitality Job Type: Contract Pay: $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Application Question(s): • This position is a contracted 1099 position and pays commission only. You receive payment for each placement made. We currently have 35+ client job orders we are trying to fill. Our recruiters earn between $65K-$125K based on the number of placements made.
