We are currently hiring an Sales/Broker Support Specialists Summary: One of our blue cross blue shield clients is s seeking a is seeking a Sales/Broker Support Specialists to assist broker management teams in handling high volumes of applications during the Annual Enrollment periods for ACA under 65 and Medicare (Nov 1–Jan). Two positions will focus on Medicare broker support and the other two will assist on ACA under 65 enrollments. Responsibilities include responding to broker mailbox inquiries, using CRM systems such as Nations and Salesforce to research and resolve issues, supporting commission and enrollment reports and inquiries, and streamlining broker communications. Standard working hours are 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. EST. Required Skills: • 3+ years of experience in Sales Support or Broker Support role in healthcare insurance space • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) Location : Primarily Remote – 1 meeting a month in Baltimore , MD – Candidate MUST reside in Washinton, DC, Maryland , Virginia , Pennsylvania , Delaware.
