Role Overview: As a Service Sales Manager at GEA Process Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in driving service sales growth by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Your focus will be on delivering tailored service solutions that meet client needs while supporting the company’s strategic objectives. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute sales strategies to achieve service revenue targets. - You will build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders. - You will identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and new markets. - You will collaborate with technical teams to design customized service solutions. - You will manage the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing. - You will provide market feedback and insights to support product and service development. - You will prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. - You will track sales performance metrics and report regularly to senior management. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in engineering or industrial services. - Strong understanding of process engineering or related technical fields. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with diverse teams. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
