Role Overview: As a Service Sales Manager at GEA Process Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in driving service sales growth and strengthening customer relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored service solutions that meet client needs. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute sales strategies to achieve service revenue targets. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. - You will identify customer needs and propose customized service solutions. - You will collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery. - You will manage the sales pipeline and forecast accurately to meet business goals. - You will conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. - You will prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to clients. - You will participate in trade shows and industry events to promote GEA’s service offerings. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in engineering or industrial services. - Strong understanding of service sales processes and customer relationship management. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with diverse teams. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
