Role Overview: As a Service Sales Manager at GEA Process Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our service sales division. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and expand our service offerings, ensuring long-term client relationships and business success. What You'll Do: - You will develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve service sales targets. - You will identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and potential client accounts. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored service solutions. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless service delivery. - You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly. - You will prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and reports to senior management. - You will lead negotiations and close service sales deals effectively. - You will monitor customer feedback and work to continuously improve service quality. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in engineering or industrial services. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong understanding of service sales processes and customer relationship management. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic sales plans. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
