Role Overview: As a Service Sales Manager at GEA Process Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in driving service sales growth and strengthening customer relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and delivering tailored service solutions that meet client needs. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute sales strategies to achieve service revenue targets. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. - You will identify customer needs and propose customized service solutions. - You will collaborate with technical teams to ensure service offerings meet client expectations. - You will manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts to leadership. - You will participate in trade shows and industry events to promote GEA services. - You will negotiate contracts and close sales agreements. - You will monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. What You Bring: - You have at least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in engineering or industrial services. - You possess strong knowledge of service sales processes and customer relationship management. - You have excellent communication and negotiation skills. - You are proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
