Role Overview: As a Service Sales Manager at GEA Process Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in driving service sales growth by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. You will act as a key liaison between clients and the company, ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting GEA’s comprehensive service offerings. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve service sales targets. - You will build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers. - You will identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets. - You will collaborate with technical teams to tailor service solutions that meet customer needs. - You will manage the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing. - You will provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management. - You will participate in industry events and trade shows to promote GEA’s services. - You will ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in engineering or industrial services. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong understanding of engineering processes and technical service solutions. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
