Role Overview: As a Service Sales Manager at GEA Process Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in driving service sales growth by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the company’s long-term success. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute sales strategies to achieve service sales targets. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. - You will identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand service offerings. - You will collaborate with technical and service teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients. - You will manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts. - You will prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to customers. - You will participate in industry events and trade shows to promote GEA’s services. - You will monitor customer feedback and work with internal teams to improve service quality. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in engineering or industrial services. - Strong understanding of service sales processes and customer relationship management. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
