Role Overview: As a Service Sales Manager at GEA Process Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in driving service sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with company goals, fostering strong client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored service solutions. What You'll Do: - You will identify and pursue new service sales opportunities within existing and new customer accounts. - You will develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide customized service solutions. - You will collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery. - You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. - You will prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to clients. - You will track sales performance metrics and report on progress to senior management. - You will participate in industry events and trade shows to promote GEA’s service offerings. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in engineering or industrial services. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong understanding of service sales processes and customer relationship management. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with diverse teams. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
