Role Overview: As a Service Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving service sales growth and strengthening customer relationships. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with GEA’s mission to provide top-tier engineering services and solutions. What You'll Do: - You will identify and pursue new service sales opportunities within existing and new customer accounts. - You will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored service solutions. - You will collaborate with technical teams to ensure service offerings meet customer requirements and industry standards. - You will prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively. - You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly. - You will track sales performance metrics and report on progress to senior management. - You will participate in trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to promote GEA’s service capabilities. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in engineering services or related industries. - Strong understanding of engineering processes and technical service solutions. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with diverse teams. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
