Role Overview: As a Service Sales Manager at GEA Process Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in driving service sales growth and strengthening customer relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored service solutions that meet client needs. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute sales strategies to achieve service revenue targets. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. - You will identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets. - You will collaborate with technical and service teams to design customized solutions. - You will prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts. - You will monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales tactics. - You will provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management. - You will participate in industry events and trade shows to promote GEA services. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in engineering or industrial services. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong understanding of the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or dairy industries. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with GEA products or similar engineering solutions. - Technical background or engineering degree. - Familiarity with international sales and export regulations. - Multilingual abilities, especially in German or Spanish.
