Role Overview: As a Service Sales Manager at GEA Process Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in driving service sales growth and strengthening customer relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and delivering tailored service solutions that meet client needs. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute sales strategies to achieve service revenue targets. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. - You will identify customer needs and propose appropriate service solutions. - You will collaborate with technical teams to ensure service offerings meet client expectations. - You will manage the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing. - You will monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities. - You will prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review. - You will participate in trade shows and industry events to promote GEA services. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in engineering or industrial services. - Strong knowledge of service sales processes and customer relationship management. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
