Role Overview: As a Service Sales Manager at GEA Process Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in driving service sales growth by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing service contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute sales strategies to achieve service revenue targets. - You will build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders. - You will identify and pursue new service sales opportunities within existing and new accounts. - You will manage service contracts, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction. - You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer service teams to deliver tailored solutions. - You will provide technical support and product knowledge to customers and internal teams. - You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. - You will prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in engineering or industrial services. - Strong understanding of service sales processes and contract management. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. - Technical knowledge of engineering solutions or related industries. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
