Role Overview: As a Service Sales Manager at GEA Process Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in driving service sales growth by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing service contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute sales strategies to achieve service revenue targets. - You will build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders. - You will identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and new accounts. - You will manage service contracts, renewals, and negotiations to maximize profitability. - You will collaborate with technical and operational teams to deliver tailored service solutions. - You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales approaches. - You will prepare and present sales proposals and reports to senior management. - You will participate in industry events and trade shows to promote GEA’s service offerings. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in engineering or industrial services. - Strong knowledge of service sales processes and contract management. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the food and beverage or pharmaceutical industries. - Technical background or understanding of engineering solutions. - Familiarity with international sales and service operations. - Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
