Role Overview: As a Service Sales Manager at GEA Process Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in driving service sales growth by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Your expertise will help enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to the company’s long-term success in a competitive market. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve service sales targets. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. - You will identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories. - You will collaborate with technical teams to tailor service solutions that meet customer needs. - You will provide expert advice and support to customers regarding service offerings. - You will track market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. - You will prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to clients. - You will report on sales performance and forecast future sales activities. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in engineering or industrial services. - Strong knowledge of process engineering or related technical fields. - Proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
