Role Overview: As a Service Sales Manager at GEA Process Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in driving service sales growth by building strong customer relationships and delivering tailored service solutions. You will act as a key liaison between clients and the company, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of the service division. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve service sales targets. - You will identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. - You will build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. - You will collaborate with technical teams to tailor service solutions that meet client needs. - You will manage the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing. - You will provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly. - You will participate in trade shows and industry events to promote GEA’s service offerings. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in engineering or industrial services. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong understanding of engineering processes and technical service solutions. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the food and beverage or pharmaceutical industries. - Technical background or engineering degree. - Familiarity with global sales processes and international clients. - Multilingual abilities.
