Role Overview: As a Service Sales Manager at GEA Process Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our service business by developing and managing customer relationships. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored service solutions. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute sales strategies to achieve service revenue targets. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. - You will identify customer needs and propose customized service solutions. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. - You will monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. - You will prepare and present sales proposals and contracts. - You will manage the sales pipeline and report on sales performance. - You will participate in industry events and trade shows to promote GEA services. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in engineering or industrial services. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong understanding of the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or dairy industries. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with technical service sales or process engineering solutions. - Existing network within the food and beverage or pharmaceutical sectors. - Familiarity with international sales and export regulations. - Fluency in German or another additional language.
