Role Overview: As a Service Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving service sales growth and strengthening customer relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored service solutions that meet client needs. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve service revenue targets. - You will identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and new customer accounts. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their service requirements. - You will collaborate with technical and service teams to design customized service offerings. - You will prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts. - You will monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. - You will provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management. - You will participate in industry events and trade shows to promote GEA’s service solutions. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in engineering or industrial services. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong understanding of service sales processes and customer relationship management. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with diverse teams. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
