Role Overview: As a Service Sales Manager at GEA Process Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our service business by developing and managing customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and delivering tailored service solutions. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute sales strategies to achieve service revenue targets. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. - You will identify customer needs and propose customized service solutions. - You will collaborate with technical teams to ensure service offerings meet client requirements. - You will manage the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing. - You will monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. - You will provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management. - You will participate in industry events and trade shows to promote GEA’s service capabilities. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in engineering or industrial services. - Strong understanding of service sales processes and customer relationship management. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with diverse teams. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
