Role Overview: As a Service Sales Manager at GEA Process Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in driving service sales growth and strengthening customer relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored service solutions that meet client needs. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute sales strategies to achieve service revenue targets. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. - You will identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories. - You will collaborate with technical and service teams to design customized solutions. - You will prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to clients. - You will monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales approaches. - You will provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management. - You will participate in trade shows and industry events to promote GEA services. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in engineering or industrial services. - Strong knowledge of service sales processes and customer relationship management. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
