What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage the Eastern Region service branch team to achieve operational goals and deliver exceptional service. - You will develop and implement strategic plans to grow service revenue and expand market presence. - You will oversee service delivery, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and other departments to align service offerings with customer needs. - You will manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize branch performance. - You will recruit, train, and mentor service staff to foster a high-performing team culture. - You will ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in service management or a related leadership role within engineering or industrial sectors. - Proven track record of managing teams and driving business growth in a service environment. - Strong knowledge of process engineering, equipment maintenance, and service operations. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve service performance. - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
