Role Overview: As the Senior Manager of the Eastern Region Service Branch, you will lead and oversee all service operations within the region, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and operational excellence. What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage the Eastern Region service branch, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer expectations. - You will develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service operations and drive regional growth. - You will oversee the recruitment, training, and development of service personnel to build a high-performing team. - You will manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency. - You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery. - You will monitor key performance indicators and implement continuous improvement initiatives. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. - You will ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all service activities. What You Bring: - You have at least 7 years of experience in service management, preferably within engineering or industrial sectors. - You possess strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams and driving results. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and internal teams. - You are proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and resource management. - You have a solid understanding of service operations, customer service principles, and industry standards. - You hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the food and beverage, pharmaceutical, or dairy industries. - Familiarity with GEA products and service solutions. - Advanced certifications in service management or project management (e.g., PMP). - Experience working in a multinational company environment.
