Role Overview: As the Senior Manager of the Eastern Region Service Branch, you will lead and oversee all service operations within the region, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence. This role is pivotal in driving business growth, managing a high-performing team, and maintaining strong client relationships. What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage the Eastern Region service branch, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. - You will develop and implement strategic plans to grow service revenue and expand market presence. - You will oversee the recruitment, training, and development of service personnel to build a skilled and motivated team. - You will manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to meet business objectives. - You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to align service offerings with customer needs. - You will ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all service activities. - You will analyze service metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives. - You will represent the company at industry events and build strong relationships with key clients and partners. What You Bring: - You have at least 7 years of experience in service management or a related leadership role within engineering or industrial sectors. - You possess strong knowledge of service operations, customer service excellence, and team leadership. - You have proven experience managing budgets, financial planning, and operational metrics. - You demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. - You are proficient with service management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the food and beverage, pharmaceutical, or dairy industries. - Advanced degree or certifications in management or engineering. - Familiarity with regulatory compliance and safety standards specific to the industry. - Multilingual abilities or experience working in a multicultural environment.
