What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage the Eastern Region service branch, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. - You will develop and implement strategic plans to grow service revenue and expand market presence. - You will oversee service delivery, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues. - You will manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of service professionals. - You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to align service offerings with customer needs. - You will monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular reports for senior leadership. - You will ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in service management or a related leadership role within engineering or industrial sectors. - Proven track record of managing regional teams and driving service growth. - Strong knowledge of service operations, customer service best practices, and technical problem-solving. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data and use metrics to drive decision-making. - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
