What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage the Eastern Region service branch team to achieve operational goals and customer satisfaction. - You will develop and implement strategic plans to grow service revenue and expand market presence. - You will oversee service delivery, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer requirements. - You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and other departments to optimize service solutions. - You will manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency. - You will recruit, train, and mentor service staff to build a high-performing team. - You will analyze service performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives. - You will maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to foster loyalty and repeat business. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in service management or a related leadership role within engineering or industrial sectors. - Proven track record of managing regional teams and driving service growth. - Strong knowledge of service operations, customer service principles, and technical service delivery. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve service performance. - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
