Role Overview: As the Senior Manager of the Eastern Region Service Branch, you will lead and oversee all service operations within the region, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role is pivotal in driving growth, managing teams, and maintaining GEA’s reputation for excellence in service delivery. What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage the Eastern Region service branch, ensuring operational goals are met. - You will develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. - You will oversee the recruitment, training, and development of service personnel. - You will manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of the service branch. - You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and other departments to align service operations with business objectives. - You will ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. - You will analyze service metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement. - You will represent GEA at industry events and build strong relationships with key clients. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in service management or a related field, preferably in engineering or industrial services. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams of 20+ employees. - Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and forecasts. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to develop and execute strategic plans. - Proficiency in service management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the food and beverage or pharmaceutical industries. - Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards relevant to engineering services. - MBA or relevant advanced degree. - Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish or French.
