What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in service management or a related leadership role within engineering or industrial sectors. - Proven track record of managing regional teams and driving business growth. - Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L responsibilities. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to develop and execute strategic plans effectively. - Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in service operations.
