Role Overview: As the Senior Manager of the Eastern Region Service Branch, you will lead and oversee all service operations within the region, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and operational excellence. This role is pivotal in driving growth, managing teams, and maintaining GEA’s reputation for quality and reliability. What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage the Eastern Region service branch team to achieve operational goals and deliver superior service. - You will develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. - You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to optimize branch performance. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - You will ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations. - You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and other departments to support business growth. - You will analyze service metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives. - You will mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in service management or a related field, preferably within engineering or industrial sectors. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams of 20+ employees. - Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and resource management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data and drive operational improvements. - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the food and beverage or pharmaceutical industries. - Familiarity with GEA products and service processes. - Advanced certifications in project management or service operations. - Experience working in a multinational company environment.
