What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage the Eastern Region service branch team to achieve operational goals and deliver exceptional customer service. - You will develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. - You will oversee service contracts, ensuring compliance and profitability. - You will collaborate with sales and engineering teams to support project execution and service solutions. - You will monitor key performance indicators and prepare reports for senior management. - You will recruit, train, and mentor service staff to build a high-performing team. - You will manage budgets and resource allocation to optimize branch performance. - You will address and resolve escalated customer issues promptly and effectively. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in service management within engineering or industrial sectors. - Proven leadership skills with at least 3 years managing regional or branch teams. - Strong knowledge of service operations, contract management, and customer relationship management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. - Ability to analyze data and use metrics to drive decision-making. - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
