What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in service management or related roles within engineering or industrial sectors. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving performance. - Strong knowledge of service operations, customer service principles, and process engineering. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage budgets, analyze data, and make strategic decisions. - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
