What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in service management or related leadership roles within engineering or industrial sectors. - Proven track record of managing teams and driving service growth in a regional capacity. - Strong knowledge of service operations, customer relationship management, and technical problem-solving. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve service performance. - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
