Role Overview: As the Senior Manager of the Eastern Region Service Branch, you will lead and oversee all service operations within the region, ensuring high-quality customer support and operational efficiency. What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage the Eastern Region service branch team to achieve operational goals and customer satisfaction. - You will develop and implement service strategies that align with company objectives and market demands. - You will oversee service delivery, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - You will manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize branch performance. - You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and other departments to enhance service offerings. - You will recruit, train, and mentor service staff to build a high-performing team. - You will analyze service metrics and prepare reports to inform leadership decisions. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in service management or a related field, preferably in engineering or industrial services. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving performance. - Strong knowledge of service operations, customer service principles, and process improvement. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams. - Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively. - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
