Role Overview: As the Senior Manager of the Eastern Region Service Branch, you will lead and oversee all service operations within the region, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and operational excellence. This role is pivotal in driving growth, managing teams, and maintaining GEA’s reputation for quality and reliability. What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage the Eastern Region service branch, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. - You will develop and implement strategic plans to grow service revenue and enhance customer satisfaction. - You will oversee the recruitment, training, and development of service personnel. - You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations teams to align service offerings with customer needs. - You will monitor key performance indicators and implement continuous improvement initiatives. - You will manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize branch performance. - You will ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in service management or a related field, preferably within engineering or industrial sectors. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving operational excellence. - Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and forecasts. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teams. - Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve service delivery. - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the food and beverage, pharmaceutical, or dairy industries. - Familiarity with GEA products and service solutions. - Project management certification or experience. - Multilingual skills or experience working in diverse cultural environments.
