Role Overview: As the Senior Manager of the Eastern Region Service Branch, you will lead and oversee all service operations within the region, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role is pivotal in driving growth, managing teams, and maintaining operational excellence across multiple service locations. What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage the Eastern Region service teams to achieve operational goals and customer satisfaction. - You will develop and implement strategic plans to grow the service business in the region. - You will oversee service delivery, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer requirements. - You will manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of the service branch. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. - You will recruit, train, and develop service personnel to enhance team capabilities. - You will collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service operations. - You will analyze service metrics and implement improvements to optimize efficiency. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in service management or related roles within engineering or industrial sectors. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing multi-site teams. - Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and forecasts. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to develop and execute strategic plans. - Proficiency in service management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the food and beverage or pharmaceutical industries. - Knowledge of GEA products and service offerings. - Six Sigma or Lean certification. - Experience working in a global company environment.
