Role Overview: As the Senior Manager of the Eastern Region Service Branch, you will lead and oversee all service operations within the region, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and operational excellence. This role is pivotal in driving growth, managing teams, and maintaining GEA’s reputation for superior service delivery. What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage the Eastern Region service team to achieve operational goals and customer satisfaction. - You will develop and implement strategic plans to grow service revenue and market share. - You will oversee service project execution, ensuring timely and quality delivery. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. - You will manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation effectively. - You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to align service offerings with customer needs. - You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service processes and performance. - You will mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in service management or related leadership roles within engineering or industrial sectors. - Proven track record of managing regional teams and driving business growth. - Strong knowledge of service operations, project management, and customer relationship management. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve service delivery. - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the food and beverage, pharmaceutical, or dairy industries. - Familiarity with GEA products and service solutions. - PMP or other project management certification. - Multilingual skills or experience working in diverse cultural environments.
