What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage the Eastern Region service branch, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. - You will develop and implement strategic plans to grow service revenue and expand customer relationships. - You will oversee a team of service professionals, providing coaching, development, and performance management. - You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations teams to align service offerings with customer needs. - You will monitor key performance indicators and implement continuous improvement initiatives. - You will manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize branch performance. - You will ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations. - You will represent GEA at industry events and build strong relationships with key clients and partners. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in service management or a related leadership role within engineering or industrial sectors. - Proven track record of managing teams and driving service growth in a regional capacity. - Strong knowledge of service operations, customer relationship management, and technical problem-solving. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve service delivery. - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the food and beverage or pharmaceutical industries. - Familiarity with GEA products and service solutions. - Advanced certifications in service management or project management. - Experience working in a multinational company environment.
