What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in service management or a related leadership role within engineering or industrial sectors. - Proven track record of managing regional teams and driving operational excellence. - Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and forecasts. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to develop and execute strategic plans effectively. - Familiarity with service operations in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or dairy industries is highly desirable.
