Role Overview: As the Senior Manager of the Eastern Region Service Branch, you will lead and oversee all service operations within the region, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role is pivotal in driving business growth, managing teams, and maintaining GEA’s high standards of service delivery. What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage the Eastern Region service branch team to achieve operational and financial goals. - You will develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. - You will oversee service contracts, ensuring compliance and profitability. - You will collaborate with sales and engineering teams to support project execution and customer needs. - You will monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular reports for senior management. - You will recruit, train, and mentor service staff to build a high-performing team. - You will manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation effectively. - You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service processes. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in service management within engineering or related industries. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing regional teams. - Strong knowledge of service operations, contract management, and customer relations. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions. - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
