Role Overview: As the Senior Manager of the Eastern Region Service Branch, you will lead and oversee all service operations within the region, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and operational excellence. What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage the Eastern Region service branch, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer expectations. - You will develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service operations and drive regional growth. - You will oversee the recruitment, training, and development of service personnel to build a high-performing team. - You will manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency. - You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery. - You will monitor key performance indicators and implement continuous improvement initiatives. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. - You will ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all service activities. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in service management or a related leadership role within engineering or industrial sectors. - Proven track record of managing regional teams and driving operational excellence. - Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and forecasts. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to develop and execute strategic plans effectively. - Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance standards in industrial service environments.
