Role Overview: As the Senior Manager of the Eastern Region Service Branch, you will lead and oversee all service operations within the region, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role is pivotal in driving growth, managing teams, and maintaining operational excellence. What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage the Eastern Region service branch, ensuring efficient and effective service operations. - You will develop and implement strategic plans to grow the service business and enhance customer relationships. - You will oversee the recruitment, training, and development of service personnel. - You will manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of the service branch. - You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. - You will monitor key performance indicators and implement continuous improvement initiatives. - You will ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. - You will represent the company at industry events and customer meetings to promote service capabilities. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in service management or a related field, preferably in engineering or manufacturing. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving business growth. - Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and forecasts. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to develop and implement strategic plans. - Proficiency in service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
