Role Overview: As the Senior Manager of the Eastern Region Service Branch, you will lead and oversee all service operations within the region, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role is pivotal in driving growth, managing teams, and maintaining GEA’s reputation for excellence in service delivery. What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage the Eastern Region service branch, ensuring operational goals are met. - You will develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. - You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the service branch. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. - You will manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of service professionals. - You will coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service operations. - You will analyze service metrics and implement improvements to optimize efficiency. - You will ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in service management or a related field, preferably in engineering or industrial services. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving operational success. - Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively. - Proficiency with service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
