Role Overview: As the Senior Manager of the Eastern Region Service Branch, you will lead and oversee all service operations within the region, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage the Eastern Region service branch, ensuring efficient and effective service operations. - You will develop and implement strategic plans to grow the service business and improve customer satisfaction. - You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the service branch. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. - You will manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of service professionals. - You will ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. - You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and other departments to align service offerings with customer needs. - You will analyze service metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
