What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage the Eastern Region service branch, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. - You will develop and implement strategic plans to grow service revenue and expand market presence. - You will oversee service teams, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management. - You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and other departments to align service offerings with customer needs. - You will manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize branch performance. - You will ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations. - You will analyze service metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement. - You will represent GEA at industry events and build strong relationships with key clients. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in service management or a related leadership role within engineering or industrial services. - Proven track record of managing teams and driving business growth in a technical service environment. - Strong knowledge of service operations, customer relationship management, and financial acumen. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making. - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the food and beverage, pharmaceutical, or dairy industries. - Familiarity with GEA products and service solutions. - Project management certification or experience. - Multilingual skills or experience working in diverse cultural environments.
