Role Overview: As the Senior Manager of the Eastern Region Service Branch, you will lead and oversee all service operations within the region, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence. This role is pivotal in driving business growth, managing teams, and maintaining strong client relationships. What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage the Eastern Region service branch team to achieve operational goals and deliver outstanding service. - You will develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. - You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the service branch. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - You will ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product and service improvements. - You will recruit, train, and mentor service staff to foster professional growth and high performance. - You will analyze service metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in service management or a related field, preferably within engineering or industrial sectors. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving operational success. - Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client and team relationships. - Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements. - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the food and beverage, pharmaceutical, or dairy industries. - Knowledge of safety and compliance standards relevant to engineering services. - Advanced degree or certifications in management or engineering. - Familiarity with CRM and service management software.
