Role Overview: As the Senior Manager of the Eastern Region Service Branch, you will lead and oversee all service operations within the region, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage the Eastern Region service branch, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. - You will develop and implement strategic plans to grow service revenue and expand market presence. - You will oversee service team performance, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities. - You will manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize branch profitability. - You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to align service offerings with customer needs. - You will ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. - You will analyze service metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in service management or a related field, preferably within engineering or industrial sectors. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams of 20+ employees. - Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and forecasts. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and customers. - Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth. - Proficiency in service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
